JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will play a TECHNO-COMMERCIAL role & you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key clients within the IT security, infrastructure, and networking industry in Oman. Should possess strong technical knowledge/understanding. Related certification is preferable. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and develop new business opportunities, as well as maintain and expand existing accounts.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to meet their business objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services to clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay updated on industry developments
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
- Negotiate and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions
- Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance and market trends to management
- Conduct product and market trainings for clients to increase their understanding and usage of our products and services
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads
- Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's products and services in the market

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the IT security, infrastructure, or networking industry
- Applicants based in Oman is preferable. However, Open to All.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience in negotiating and closing deals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Willingness to travel within Oman and potentially internationally
- Fluency in English, Arabic language skills would be an advantage.

Salary:
OMR 1,000 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
