JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Our client is an events company in Oman and are looking for an Events Manager to join their team.

Key responsibilities for the position as below:
• Receive client brief and discuss for clarifications
• Write Creative briefs based on client brief/RFP
• Participate in briefing sessions with the Creative team ensuring the team understands the brief completely
• Create and Present Events proposals to the client for approval
• Lead brief on execution for all events
• Lead actively the production process and follow up on the ground with all partners/suppliers ensuring client's requirements are being met
• Prepare a Job Costing sheet for all projects to estimate costs involved (SCOP)
• Ensure all deliverables to client are to brief, guidelines and budget and within deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

Candidate MUST have experience independently running events in the GCC. Clients primary customer run award ceremonies, corporate events and live events. Experience with at least two preferably all three sectors would be highly desired.
