The Flight Crew Licensing Inspector is responsible for supporting the issuance of flight crew licensing, including assessments, audits and inspections in adherence to set standards.

- Assist in reviewing and updating standards in coordination with the Flight Operations unit to ensure that PACA‘s standards are aligned with international standards and requirements
- Deliver flight crew licensing services in adherence to relevant standards and regulations
- Monitor license issuance and renewal processes delegated to airlines in coordination with the Flight Operations unit
- Assess pilots (including commercial and general aviation pilots) and student pilots for the issuance and renewal of license
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits on airlines for delegation approval as designated licensing organization in coordination with the Flight Operations unit
- Assist in conducting inspections and audits on flight schools and TRTOs (including synthetic flight training devices, TRE/TRI/FI certification and flight operations approval), in coordination with Flight Crew Senior Licensing Inspector and the Flight Operations unit
- Maintain flight crew licenses database and approved and delegated training organizations
- Undertake other tasks requested by management
