JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

To a Diversified Company for their construction business- Engineering and Contracting Companies across GCC.

Position: Group Internal Auditor

Job Location: Muscat - Oman

• Its’ a role ensuring that the Group’s Construction / Engineering company's financial and operational activities are conducted in compliance with regulations, industry standards, and internal policies in GCC.
• Identify and assess financial, operational, and compliance risks specific to the construction industry.
• This may include risks related to project cost management, contract compliance, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop an annual audit plan based on the identified risks. Prioritize audit areas and allocate resources accordingly.
• The plan should consider the construction company's specific activities, projects, and locations.
• Review financial transactions, budgets, and financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards. This includes evaluating project cost estimates, revenue recognition, and expense allocations.

Note: GCC Experience with Construction/ Engineering Contracting Companies Must

REQUIREMENTS

Qualification:
• CA/ CIA/ ICAI Qualified.

Experience:

• 5 Years in Construction/ Engineering Companies Must.
