JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Raise interfaces with other Contractors.
• Review of interfaces to ensure validity of details and acceptability of deliverable dates.
• Manage interface definitions and ownership clarity across stakeholders.
• Participate in and host interface meetings.
• Coordinate the development of an interdependence schedule and obtaining approvals and permits necessary for performance of the work from all relevant local authorities having jurisdiction.
• Supervision on develop and maintain an interface register.
• Resolve any conflicts arising from interface scope.
• Make recommendations regarding critical interface issues.
• Assign Unique number for each interface.
REQUIREMENTS
• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Laws or Management.
• Minimum 10 years of Gulf experience in Oil and Gas industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interface management as an Interface Manager.
• Familiar with contract drafting, cost management and project scheduling.
• Excellence in verbal and written English.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office, Primavera 6.
• PMP certificate will be added advantage.
• Knowledge of Oil and Gas Engineering, FIDIC, project management, construction management, maintenance, project management, project scheduling, subcontracting, cost management and project interface management.
• Candidate should be currently located in Oman.
