JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Contract

We are looking for L1 Desktop support engineer for Oman Location.

Exp Level : 2 + years in IT support engineer
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days
Job Location : Oman
Contract Duration : 4 months & Extendable
No of Position: 4+
Project start date: 1st June 2023
Visa Status: Freelancer/ Own visa with valid

Salary:
OMR 400 to 500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2Years of Hands-on experience on deskside support
• Good knowledge of Windows 10 , Outlook, Exchange, and Active Directory
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Printers, IP Phone hands on experience
• MCSE/MCP Certified
• ITSM tool - Basic knowledge on usage of ITSM tool, ITIL Processes
• Basic understanding of IP protocols, Office 365
