JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Work closely alongside designers, pattern cutters, and buyers
• Oversee every stage of garment production, from design to manufacture
• Responsible for own accounts, and maybe assisting the senior technician
• Involve in choosing the correct fabric and make sure production remains within the budget
• Follow fit comments and size specs and meticulous in updating paperwork relating to amended garments
• Maintain and improve quality standards of all products, ensuring the quality meets the company and customer requirement
• Must have a comprehensive understanding of balance in all aspects of pattern construction in order to apply these principles at all times
REQUIREMENTS
• Open to ANY nationality
• Male, 24-30 years old and below
• Open to overseas candidates
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Technology or any related field
• Minimum of 2 years work experience as a Junior Garment Technologies
• Clear understanding of test reports, can advise suppliers where issues arise on how to proceed
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the importance of deadlines
• Advanced knowledge in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing techniques
• Good communication and visualization skills
• Have excellent attention to details
