JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Perform chemical and microbiological (baterial count) testing and recording as per APHA, EPA and ASTM standards
- Perform laboratory analysis to monitor water quality
- Perform laboratory analysis of quality of chemicals purchased
- Prepare and replenish all chemicals used & standard solutions for analysis
- Upkeep of daily analysis results and ensuring results are accurate and sumitted
- Complying with lab procedures and train laboratory assistants on sampling and analytical methods
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma in Chemistry or related chemical discipline.
- 3 years of lab experience working in water related industry.
- Familiar with analytical instruments like FTIR, HPLC, IC, auto-titrators will be preferred
