JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Up to OMR1000 per month.

On behalf of our client a global law firm that is based in Muscat we are looking to recruit Female Legal Secretary.

Reporting to the HR department you will be responsible for document typing, proofreading, amending and editing documents as required, plan and schedule meetings for lawyers, audio typing, oral, take and transcribe oral dictation of notes and memos, preparing documents for presentations and assisting with other duties when deemed necessary.

REQUIREMENTS

The successful candidate must be fluent in English, have 2 years experience as a Legal Secretary within a international or multinational law firm and have experience with audio typing and dictation plus a relevant degree.
