JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Primary Function:
• Full responsibility for ensuring safe operation and implementation of all preventive and daily maintenance programs or all Machines, Equipment’s and Hatchery Automation
• Maintain the effectiveness of all machines, equipment and automation to obtain the highest possible efficiency and lowest operating costs
Responsible for:
• Managing maintenance team to implementing the approved preventive maintenance plan to maintaining all machines, equipment’s, automation and tools with high efficiency 24 Hours daily 7 days per week
• Ensure that all Setters, hatchers, automation equipment’s, HVAC systems and all other tools is used as per manufacturers recommendations
• Responsible for implementing all safety and security standards inside and outside the building
• Responsible for the immediate handling of any electrical, mechanical, or water supply problems
• Responsible for ensuring the building is supplied with water in Sufficient quantities and appropriate pressure within 24 hours a day / 07 days per week
• Responsible for the availability of the electricity within the site within 24 hours daily / 07 days per week
• Responsible for the readiness of all machines before they are used and on time
• Responsible for maintaining all drawings related to electricity, information technology, connections and water lines
• Responsible for maintaining all machines, equipment’s and automation catalogues
• Implement all daily electrical works requires to insure high running efficiency of all hatchery machines and equipment
• Follow up & ensure all Incubators & hatchers machines and all hatchery rooms environment control is maintained as per procedure
• Ensure the Calibration of all Incubators, hatchers machines & equipment as per plan for the optimum performance of the machines
• Ensure all machines & equipment spare parts Sufficient stock available in store for any emergency/breakdown
• Ensure that all machines and equipment are working safely and properly
• Ensure that all maintenance reports have been completed in time and submitted to Department manager
• Preparing purchase, import requisition as per approved annual budget

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor/MBA on Technical (Electrical/Mechanical, etc)
• At least 7- 10 years Practical experience in Broiler Hatchery
