JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a full-time onsite Sales and Marketing Specialist to drive our sales efforts and develop strategic marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales principles, marketing strategies, and excellent communication skills. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities, develop campaigns, and achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market share.
• Identify and qualify leads, prospects, and potential clients through various channels.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create compelling sales presentations, proposals, and materials to effectively communicate value proposition.
• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and challenges.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, KPIs, and marketing campaign effectiveness.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Applicants must currently be residing in Oman or should be able to relocate to Oman within one month.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in IT industry.
• Strong understanding of sales techniques, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, and online advertising platforms.
• Flexibility to travel as needed.
