JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Talent Development are working with a leading financial services client in the recruitment of an Operations Manager to oversee a team of business development and relationship management specialists. The key responsibilities is to verse the completion of account documentation, ensuring all are compliant with company in regulator best practice, as well as assisting the team in meeting KPIs and managing inbound data through the company's CRM software.
REQUIREMENTS
Our client has specifically requested an Omani national for this role with a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations / administration and preferably, staff supervision. Talent Development are specifically interested in applicants with a background in financial services and a strong understanding on the financial regulatory markets in Oman.
