Seeking a Planning Engineer with 15+ years of experience, including 5 years in the GCC, to oversee scheduling and progress tracking for a masterplan and infrastructure development under a PMC contract. The role involves project scheduling, critical path analysis, risk assessment, and coordination with stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

Description
* Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules for master planning and infrastructure development.
* Monitor project progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate with PMC teams, consultants, and contractors to ensure project timelines are met.
* Conduct critical path analysis (CPA) and resource allocation planning.
* Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project forecasts for stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with contractual schedules and client requirements.
* Utilize planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and other scheduling tools.
* Support risk assessment and claims analysis related to project timelines.
* Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to optimize sequencing.
* Attend progress meetings and provide expert planning insights to project leadership.

Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in construction planning, including 5 years in the GCC.* Strong expertise in Master Planning & Infrastructure Development.
* Experience working in an engineering consultancy within a PMC contract.
* Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other relevant planning tools.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
