JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Job Purpose
Achieve the planned sales turnover, market coverage and merchandising objectives through regular visits to all potential sales outlets while maintaining the highest standards of performance.
Major Accountabilities
- Check Stock Status
- Briefing with the Supervisor (On Days Plan Volume, Collection, Market issues)
- Check POS availability and ensure to carry Merchandising Tools
- Adherence to PJP (Permanent Journey Plan)
- Steps of the Call *
- B-Mobile usage (barcode scanning, Order processing with HHT & Accounts Receivable)
- Ensure proper care and maintenance of AGL Coca-Cola Assets and report faulty equipment to the supervisor for remedial action
- Maintaining a good rapport with the customers and ensure complete range of products are available.
- Identifying and establishing business relationship with new clients
- Achieving RED Objectives in the weighted outlets
- Achieving Collection targets
- Ensure that shortages, outstanding and collections ( Cheque & Cash) are settled with the Finance department at the close of the day
- Report the Market Opportunities to the supervisor and arrive at a game plan to exploit those
REQUIREMENTS
- Should have good interpersonal skills
- Should be a firm believer in customer satisfaction.
- Should have basic Computer skills
- Comfortable with numbers
- License Requirement
a) Arab Nationality - Readily Convertible
b) Expat UAE Manual to be readily Convertible.
- Salary on offer - 325 Omani Riyal approximately + Commission + Company Car
