JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a Quality & Delivery Supervisor with a focus on maintaining high standards in the automotive production process. The role ensures quality products are delivered on time to meet customer expectations.

- Oversee quality control procedures throughout automotive production.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of automotive components.
- Conduct inspections and audits to maintain quality standards.
- Implement corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent defects.
- Train production staff on quality procedures and standards specific to automotive manufacturing.
- Analyze production data to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve quality and delivery concerns.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to automotive quality and deliver

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field preferred.
- 7 years experience in a supervisory role within automotive manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of automotive quality management systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced automotive production environment.
- Proficiency in quality assurance tools and methodologies.
- Team player with a proactive approach to automotive quality and delivery.
