JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Sales Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly / quarterly / annually sales target – upon required product mix.
- Full awareness or product knowledge, details and related SWOT analysis.
- Full awareness of contract clauses and related explanations.
- Work on developing strong prospects, clients & effective channels database.
- Approach of new sales channels / self-generation of leads.
- Maintain a minimum accepted level of market competition awareness.
- Maintain needed skills for paper work & work-related logistics.
- Dealing with different types of clients (internal and external).
- Actively promote company projects amongst peers, social network and potential clients.
- Increase reach by hiring introducer and agents
- Apply highest quality standards in every assignment
- Represent Company in the most professional and positive manner
- Be sensible and professional in raising issues or discussing challenges
- Strive to meet their targets on time and accept that inability to meet them will affect their chances of continuation in the company
- Be a team player and put effort into helping team members
- Reflect a sense of ownership towards company image and property
- Provide support to all colleagues when required
- Reflect dedication in getting the job done rather than waste time worrying about the shortcomings of others
- Be resourceful, analytical and proactive.

Salary:
OMR 860 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

- University Qualifications: BSc/BA in relevant fields
- Nature and length of previous experience: At least 3 years on the field of Sales in Real Estate.
- Language Fluency: Preferably Russian and French speakers.
- Current Location: Any GCC Country
- Gender Preference: Any
- Nationality Preference: Preferably Russian and French speakers.
