JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Kinetic is working with a leading Medical Device company who are hiring a Receptionist to be based in Muscat .
Please note that due to Omanisation, only Omani Nationals can be considered for this role.

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Manage all office administration duties and general office tasks, including running errands, and delivering documents, or packages.
- Safely transport employees, clients, and materials to and from designated locations as directed.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicles.
- Deliver products to customers as required.
- Maintain accurate records related to transportation schedules, mileage, vehicle maintenance, and fuel consumption.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
To be successful you will need to meet the following:- Please note that due to Omanisation, only Omani Nationals can be considered for this role.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience as a receptionist and company driver.
- Good knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- High proficiency with the commonly used computer software and applications.
- Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
