JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Responsible to work as a relationship Manager with the Divisions of the Bank to facilitate the process of recruitment & selection and various other HR related matters such as transfers, appraisals, benefits etc.
- Identify the vacancy and ascertain whether the vacancy is budgeted or not and if not budgeted then obtain approval before initiating recruitment.
- Coordinates for yearly recruitment expenditure for budgetary control with the Divisions and Finance Division.
- Update the recruitment data base with the CVs of the candidates. Pre-screen and sorting the CVs as per the requirement of the annual recruitment budget.
- Receiving the Manpower Requisition Form (MRF) from the Division specifying the job title and the Grade and JD (if there is change)
- Provide replacement for resignation / termination if required as per requirement of the division
- Provide CVs to the Divisions based on Job specification. Upon confirmation from the Division complete the following processes:
a. Pre-screening CVs.
b. Short listing the candidates for Test or interview.
c. Conducting test and evaluation.
d. Organizing interview with the concerned Division and Panel interview members and ensure that all the relevant interview papers have been sent to the panel members before the interview date.
e. Follow up the process of joining of candidates until they join.
- In case of expatriate staff ensure to issue the visa, tickets & accommodation from the Logistic Division for the interview and inform the candidate before 3 working days.
- Ensure to receive all the credentials which are required for the post of the candidates and to mark the seal of Checked & Verified with Original documents on the copy of all the documents.
- Responsible for preparing and issuing offers and contract letters to selected candidates as per terms and conditions agreed by the Approving authority.
- Ensure that after interview the record of successful/reject candidates are updated in the system based on the panel interview papers.
- Ensure to issue "Regret Letter" to all candidates either not-selected or rejected in test within 5 working days.
- Dealing with external approved recruitment agencies for the requirement of new staff. Also search from web portal's available database. Posting new position on the job portal.
- Contacts colleges to arrange on campus interviews as and when needed.
- Internal Hiring notice to be sent out to Corporate Communication department and the process of selection followed as per the policy and procedures
- Manage MIS report on recruitment
- Managing monthly / Weekly statistical recruitment report
- Handover the files to Manager - Payroll & Admin after completion of all the documentations.
- Oversee the other related matters related to the HR.
- Any other work assigned by the Line Manager

REQUIREMENTS

- Oman National Required
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration with at least 4 to 6 years related experience in the related field
- Should monitor compliance with Bank's policy and Procedures
- Should possess effective communication skills to interact with all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills.
- Organize and work independently on multiple assigned tasks
- Should be effective team player and solution oriented
- Should be self-driven, innovative and dynamic.
