JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

• Minimum 6-7 years of Experience on Platform and Storage Domain
• Should have excellent knowledge in HP DL Servers/ HPE 3Par Storages.
• Should have knowledge on EMC VMAX/ VNX/ and on Data Domain 2500.
• Should have good understanding in Hardware troubleshooting and spare replacement.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Should be able to work under challenging environment.
• Should be able to demonstrate excellent customer management skills.
• Able to handle Users around 7k to 8k
• Large Customer Mission Critical

Salary:
OMR 1,200 to 1,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
