JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Seeking a Resident Engineer with 15+ years of experience, including 5 years in the GCC, to oversee on-site execution of a masterplan and infrastructure development under a PMC contract. The role involves construction supervision, contractor coordination, quality assurance, and technical decision-making to ensure successful project delivery.

Description
* Act as the primary on-site representative for the PMC team, ensuring project execution aligns with design, specifications, and contractual requirements.
* Oversee infrastructure and utility works, including roads, drainage, water, power, and telecom networks.
* Monitor construction progress, quality, and safety standards, addressing any site issues.
* Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Review and approve technical submittals, method statements, and work schedules.
* Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring compliance with local regulations and best practices.
* Manage progress reporting, risk assessment, and resolution of construction challenges.
* Support in contract administration, claims analysis, and variation assessments.
* Lead site meetings, providing technical guidance and decision-making support.

Requirements:
* 15+ years of experience in construction supervision, including 5 years in the GCC.* Strong expertise in infrastructure, utilities, and master planning.
* Experience working in an engineering consultancy within a PMC contract.

* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
* Professional accreditation (e.g., PE, CEng, PMP) is a plus.
