JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Position Title: Restaurant Manager
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 1.3K OMR all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Muscat, Oman
About the Client:
An international 5 star hotel in Oman
Job Role:
- Responsible for the all-day dining operations
- Motivate, discipline, direct and supervise the work of all employees in the restaurant
- Develop and maintain training programs to ensure a high degree of staff professionalism
- Handle complaints and make effective service recovery
- Ensure standards are being followed in accordance with the hotel policies and procedures
REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
- 35 years old and below
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role with 5-star hotel background
- Must have a strong experience in all day dining operations
- Position is open for overseas candidates
