JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client is looking for a professional real estate Sales Consultant to act as an intermediary between sellers and buyers. You will market real estate on behalf of clients and provide guidance to buyers/sellers to facilitate the purchase/selling process.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers/buyers in marketing/purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Making appointments and showing buyers properties that meet their requirement
- Finding buyers in a position to proceed with purchase and willing to pay an acceptable price
- Referring buyers to mortgage arrangers for quotations and advice
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and related matters to their benefit and ensure a fair and honest dealing
- Display and market real property to possible buyers through existing system under guidance of the Head of Agency.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
- Effectively manage property dealings at the Ministry of Housing
- Maintain and update listings of available properties
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
REQUIREMENTS
- Omani National
- Good English (speaking, writing and reading)
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Presentation skills
- No degree needed
- No experience needed
- Long term commitment
