JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Sales Manager up to 1,100 Omr for a Leading Fitness Brand in Oman
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure strong presence
• Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
• Strong business sense, industry expertise and customer relationship management
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
REQUIREMENTS
• POSITION: Sales Manager
• SALARY: up to 1,100 OMR plus commission depending on experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: Leading Fitness Brand
• LOCATION: Oman
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or 1-month maximum
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE (Temporary/Permanent): Permanent
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any nationality
• Male/Female, 40 y/o and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• BS/MS Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related certification / training
• At least 2 years of experience as Sales Manager or 3 to 5 years as Assistant Manager or Supervisor from Fitness/Wellness/Hospitality industries
• Strong experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Well-experience managing and directing a sales team
