JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

The successful candidate will be managing the Office Furniture & Interiors Department which includes storage shelving and racking, office furniture trading, and interiors and furnishing contracts.

You will required to initiate, devise and plan budgets, monitor the progress of the business, ensure sales turnover, gross margins and net profitability of the business are in accordance with the approved Budgets.

REQUIREMENTS

A minimum of 10-12 year’s experience of office furniture/fit-out, contracting and furnishing business. 5-6 years working experience in the GCC. Should have worked in a similar position handling a team of salespeople, designers, estimators, and project execution professionals. Good skills in project estimation, project management and value engineering. Must have the ability to interact with customers at senior management level.

Presentable, Professional, Well groomed, Fluent in English, Great communication skills. Ability to deal with people at a Senior Level.Driving License i am sure is helpful. Previous experience of Oman not essential but definately of the GCC.
