JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

As the Section Head- Presales you will be the role holder will execute technical sales plans attract, retrain and recruit employees, assuring that sales and technical teams are properly aligned to achieve objectives, supporting and understanding the technical resource plan for the Organization, insuring fulfilment to the solutions cycle (designing, presenting, delivering, and maintaining), owning and driving revenue target for specialised solutions and leading the technical solution for provide technical support to the sales team with new opportunities, with a focus on securing further business.

You will be responsible of leading the solution component of Bid-Management process as well as the RFIs/RFPs responses, ensuring compelling answers to questions and driving final level reviews while analysing the competitions propositions, supervising the staff assigned for project implementation, supervising and managing the implementation of projects, securing internal resources required for project implementation, securing handover to Nawras operational organisation and serve as the escalation contact during project implementation, engaging with business clients to provide any information which helps clients take the buying decision, implementing proof-of-concepts (POC) or products, solution presentations, generating sales leads from interactions with customers, vendors, suppliers and partners, leading the team to provide solution architects and proposals on solution and consultancy services to major corporate client, negotiating terms set in the business proposals in terms of pricing, scope of projects, and timeline both internally and with the customers while assuring all the legal, financial, delivery, and after-sale alignment.

Responsibilities shall also include the following:

*Managing & taking lead for planning the business mobile sites, initiating region based projects to evaluate potential business, planning fixed network infrastructure and executing sales activities along with business marketing and sales teams

*Assuring presales commitments on sales feasibility studies, and reviewing of the solution and running business cases.

*Lead planning product focus sales for new and complex solutions which include sales value proposition, sales meeting, sales proposal, and management of the implementation. Stimulate introducing new products and/or broadening of existing products via market analysis and clients interactions with corporation with other divisions within the Business segment such as Product and Marketing.

*Leading RFIs/RFPs responses, ensure compelling answers to questions and drive first level reviews

*Providing solution architect and provide proposal on solution and consultancy services to major corporate clients

*Managing & take lead for planning the business mobile sites

*Initiate region based projects to evaluate potential business, plan fixed network infrastructure and execute sales activities along with Business Marketing and Sales teams.

*Managing the sales team feasibility studies on a daily basis including review of the solution and running business cases.

*Planning product focus sales for new and complex solutions which include sales value proposition, sales meeting, sales proposal, and management of the implementation

*Managing delivery process on weekly bases to ensure commercial alignment with technical progress and therefore manage customer expectation

*Developing solid understanding of competitor environment via networking and attending events

REQUIREMENTS

*You should have a university degree in engineering or IT services related subject with atleast 8 years of working experience in the telecom sector or any related sectors, 4 years of experience in Management related to Business Fixed/Mobile services.
*Good oral and written English a must. Arabic skills are an advantage.
*Good computer skills in using sales systems and MS Office.
*Deep Understanding of the different business fixed and mobile services.
*Able to work under pressure and Team player.
*Very Good computer skills in using sales systems and MS Office
*Good planning and organising skills
* Good customer service focus
* Good selling and customer focus/service skills
* Good leadership skills
* Very Good problem solving and Analytical skills.
* Very good written and spoken English.
* Arabic spoken is an advantage.
* Very good interpersonal and communication skills
