COWI & Partners LLC presently employs about 85 full time, technical and administration staff in Oman. The range of consultancy services covers studies, planning, design, supervision and construction management in the following primary fields:

As Senior Architect, you will work as project manager on selected major projects, prepare proposals and conduct sales activities in the Architectural Section that currently comprise about 13 employees. Our portfolio includes shopping malls, hotels, banks, ministry buildings, museums. You will be cooperating with other group entitities in COWI, planning the resources in both, short and long term perspectives. You will also monitor and follow up on sales activities by preparing proposals and maintaining close cooperation with clients.

In addition, you will assist th ehead of section in the overall project management process by undertaking concept designs, coordinating outsourcing for larger projects, preparing tender documents and ensuring the proper QA of all documents required.
