Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Manage all process engineering activities within OQEP.
- Review and approve all engineering consultants and process designs.
- Prepare, check and approve all process engineering deliverables.
- Prepare operating and design philosophies
- Performing Feasibility Studies.
- Performing Conceptual Studies including options identification, screening, evaluation and selection.
- Performing Multi-discipline concept studies including inputs from other engineering and operation disciplines.
- Developing process related documentation and drawings.
- Coordinating, supervising, developing and approving Front End Engineering Design (FEED) activities and deliverables including design basis, philosophies, Heat & Material Balances, Hydraulic and transient analysis, Process Flow Diagrams/Schemes (PFD), Process Safeguarding Flow Diagrams/Schemes (PSFD), Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID), Equipment sizing, Equipment datasheets, Flare, Blowdown & Relief calculations and studies, etc...
- Coordinating, supervising and approving other 3rd Party activities, e.g. Availability studies, Quantitative Risk Assessment studies.
- Participating, closing action items and approving reports from HEMP activities such as HAZID, Design Review, HAZOP, SIL Classification reviews report and close-out report.

Requirements:
- Manage staff and 3rd party activities
- Development of local young engineers and providing development programs.
- Developing Tender Specifications.
- Tender Clarification and Evaluation. Performing Economic and Life Cycle Cost analysis.

- Required candidate with Bachelor degree in Process or any related certificate, minimum 10 years of experience in Oil& Gas with Concept background
