JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Main Objective of the Role:
• Management of referral marketing team and activities to ensure revenue generation through referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage referral marketing team and activities
• Planning and execution of referral marketing activities
• Revenue generation through referral marketing
• Different promotional activities like CME and conferences to increase number of referral cases
• Coverage of all target markets to increase market share
• Referral follow up and coordination among departments to increase patient satisfaction
• Daily reporting and assessment to meet the assigned revenue targets
• Performance assessment of the team
• Reporting to the General Manager- Marketing & Sales
REQUIREMENTS
Required Education:
• MBA Marketing
Experience:
• Minimum 8 years
• Oman Experience Mandatory
Knowledge and Specific Skills:
• Hospital marketing experience in similar position with reputed hospital group
• Knowledge of local markets and trends
