Employment: Full Time

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent to meet the organization's current and future staffing needs. The Senior Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies and ensuring a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Develop and implement innovative and effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop recruitment plans accordingly.
- Utilize various channels such as social media, job boards, and professional networks to source and attract candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to identify the best fit for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact with candidates to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

OMR 600 to 800 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role, with a focus on full-cycle recruiting.
- Solid understanding of recruitment and sourcing techniques, including the effective use of social media and professional networks.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple requisitions and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of Oman labor laws and regulations is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership.
