Waiter

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Waiter to join our team in Oman. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort customers to their tables
- Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
- Deliver orders to the table in a timely manner
- Attend to the tables and ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare and set up dining areas
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining the dining area

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Waiter or similar role
- Customer-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a positive attitude
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of food and beverage industry regulations
- Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods

Salary:
OMR 300 to 340 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
