JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Weekly posting Alignment Meeting and Review
- Review and Consolidate New Markets & Gulf Posting
- Review and align R&O with Customer Service, Sales and MD
- Actualize Weekly posting template for the cluster on a monthly basis
- Explain the drivers of WP numbers variance versus AC/Forecasts, IBP and Last Posting
- Regional template preparation and submission + final alignment
- Integrated Business Planning (IBP)

Demand Review:

- Use the IMS by market to calculate the GTN forecast for all markets
- Follow up with Category Controllers on Price confirmations as per the latest SKU wise shipment volumes
- Review the pricing inputs and compare to last IBP and forecasts.
- Review the GTN forecast with CP&A and analyze the Ops and Risks vs AC/Forecasts
- Customize and actualize the IBP tool for DR
- Populate the IBP template with G2N for respective Cluster
- Variance Ad-hoc analysis / Reconciliation of WP and IBP / Bridge for Variance vs Prior IBP / AC & LF
- Review and Finalize IBP consolidation
- Pre DR review and alignment with CP&A and MD
- Prepare the NRM event drivers and review/discuss with CP&A for commentary
- Actively participate in the Demand Review Meeting and provide required drivers behind the numbers

Demand Consensus:

- Calcualte the EDS/IMS value based on the customer/sku/month wise vols received from Demand Planning
- Coordinate with CP&A and sales to analyze the drivers of IMS value change vs prior cycle (Customer/SKU mix impact)
- Actively participate in the Demand Consensus meeting
- Take notes for the potential Ops and Risks to the P&L
- Business partner with Sales and CP&A in terms of any analysis on GTN or IMS required for the meeting
- Prepare any decision papers for GTN asks required to be presented during the Demand Review

Activity Review meeting :

- Update Price Model information into Activity Grid Templates - GM & Gulf
- Review the Activity Grids with CP&A and understand variance versus last cycle
- Business partner with CP&A and sales to provide financial inputs for the template
- Analyze the vols and budgets associated with the activities and ensure that M+3 budgets are locked
- Coordinate approvals for all projects with the relevant stakeholders as per RACI matrix

Gross To Net:

- Planning and Analysis
- Bottoms up GTN plan build up by category by market in line with the AC/Forecast Budgets
- Coordinate with Sales and CP&A to align GTN targets by markets by channel by category
- Schedule monthly calls with Sales and CP&A to understand drivers behind actual spends and discuss/align the YTG forecasts
- Align Ops and Risks to the GTN forecasts with CP&A
- Commercial Finance internal Review of GTN forecast with drivers vs AC/Forecasts
- Monthly review with CP&A to track GTN forecast versus the AC/Forecast budget
- Brand wise GTN budgets for each planning cycle for Category Finance Teams

Reporting:

- Send all new projects for creation in SAP
- Project sheet to SAP recon every month end
- Update the project sheet as per the activity grids
- Prepare accruals for the month
- Finalize and review accruals
- Ensure all projects for TNS have been raised and all required approvals are taken
- Update the detailed schematics file for GULF based on the month actuals and YTG plan
- Sales Controlling flash submission - C+1
- Blackline Manual GL and GL to SL Reconciliations with Genpact
- Finalize the Blackline Recs with Genpact for review with internal Managers
- Monthly Performance Review with MD monthly Shipment and IMS P&L review explanation the key performance drivers for each cluster
- Preparation of Key account P&Ls for Carrefour and LULU for GULF by market
- P&Ls by market by category and variance analysis vs AC/Forecasts
- Pricing Corridor and performance of Hero SKUs by market
- Sku level TAP Analysis for all Categories to drive profitable growth
- NPD performance analysis
- MMPR for Regional Review
- Consolidate MMPR deck and financial analysis
- Analyze the month performance by category for each market and provide commentaries
- Coordinate with Category Finance teams to understand the margin drivers and provide commentary
- Internal Review meeting with key stakeholders
- Align the final presentation with MD
- Adhoc/Projects

Audits

- Balance sheet Review with Genpact
- Black Line Reco
- Adhoc requests from Management to share Financial reports/analysis
- Support management with decks for Regional Team visits
- Develop Templates and Tools to split GULF and NM AC/Forecasts by Country/Customer
- VAT Support
- OVHs
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to plan for AC overheads monthly review of sales and overall business overheads with MD and provide commentaries

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required :
- 3+ years of experience in Accounting/Finance
- Strong commercial as well as accounting background.
- Very strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to speak up and challenge assumptions
- Should be able to join immediately
