About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Country Manager to lead and manage all operations of our Service Centres in Pakistan. The role involves full accountability for operational excellence, financial performance, customer satisfaction, and relationship management with key stakeholders including government agencies, embassies, and strategic partners.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure adherence to all operational processes and SOPs.
• Drive revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Plan and manage resource allocation and cost efficiency.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Directly responsible for the country’s P&L and achievement of EBIT targets.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
• Ensure physical and data security at all service centres.
• Manage, train, and develop the country team.
• Identify and pursue new revenue channels and business opportunities.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, partners, and government authorities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).• Minimum 8–10 years of senior management experience, preferably in recruitment, manpower, or service operations.
• Proven experience managing country-level operations and P&L.
• Strong knowledge of Pakistan labor laws, government regulations, and business environment.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive operational excellence, business growth, and process improvements.
