JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
• Able to identify multiple MEP systems and its technical parameters.
• Can do Engineering calculations without an engineer’s intervention.
• Can understand building design and construction.
• Must have a strong attention to detail.
• General BIM & Modelling Role.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• At least 5 Years experience in 2D Software (AutoCAD).
• At least 5 Years experience in BIM Software. o Autodesk Revit o Autodesk Navisworks o Basic Dynamo
• At least 5 Years in Design firm or MEP Contractor Company.
• Proficient in Microsoft Application (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Overseas Experience is an advantage primarily in Middle East Countries
Skills:
• Proficient in BIM Software.
• Proficient in CAD Software.
• Can understand building design and construction.
• Communication and Collaboration
