JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Key tasks
• Facilitate daily briefings, trains and monitors performance of staff.
• Ensure scheduling and rotation of outlet staff to provide full coverage, maximize productivity and efficient service.
• Ensure adherence to the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) and Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS).
• Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons and handle any guest's concerns effectively and diplomatically.

Essential and optional requirements
• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar capacity / relevant experience.
• Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or relevant courses.
• Effective communication, guest relations and leadership skills.
• Amenable to work shifting schedules (Weekends & Holidays).
