JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsibilities:

• Execute user onboarding, enquiries from different sources like live chats and emails in a professional and timely manner
• Maintain customer records timely and accurately;
• Obtain feedback from customers on the service delivered and recommend improvement plan as appropriate;
• Comply with procedures, policies and regulatory requirements to safeguard customers’ and the Company’s interests

REQUIREMENTS

Requirement & Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or above.
• 1 year of customer service experience in FinTech/ crypto is preferred.
• Basic knowledge in FinTech/ financial/ crypto products;
• Excellent communication skills and good manner;
• Native speaker of at least 1 local language (Portuguese/Japanese/ Korean/ Russian/ Turkish/ Spanish)
• Fluent in English or Mandarin is mandatory;
• Good team player, able to work under pressure and willing to learn;
• Immediately available would be an advantage.
