We are now seeking talented Electrical Engineers to join our brand-new office in Lisboa , Portugal. This critical role will work as part of the Infrastructure team, developing infrastructure electric design in the different project design stages.
Responsibilities
We envisage success in this role to include:
- Preparing the design of p ower distribution infrastructure (Medium and Low Voltage distribution) , l ighting d esign ( streetlight ) and/or telecom infrastructure duct routing.
- Ensuring all calculations are prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Authority Standards and Codes of Practice as per the project location and requirements.
- Coordinating and giving technical guidance to CAD Technicians / BIM Technicians to produce drawings and models.
- Preparing technical reports, design drawings, and other deliverables.
- Coordinating with other disciplines to achieve a fully integrated design.
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering . We welcome all levels of experience , with more than 2 years of experience in a similar position. Having a membership of a professional institution is desirable.
Furthermore, you should demonstrate :
- Proven experience in the infrastructure electric design.
- Experience with Dialux , ETAP and other power systems software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in software such as Autodesk AutoCAD and MS Office.
- Knowledge in BIM and AutoCAD Civil 3D is an advantage.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.
