Responsibilities

Our newest opportunity is for an Interior Designer (Level 2 ) to join our award-winning team based in Lisbon,Portugal .

This position is responsible for s upporting professional interior design services in planning, developing and coordinating world class corporate offices and residential projects from concept design phase to the completion of construction documents.

We envisage success in this role to include;

- Producing space plans, furniture plans, and elevations, conceptual and finishes design presentation documentation, detailed specifications and construction documentation.
- Creating design ideas into construction drawings for permit and bids.
- Providing solutions to design problems and generates design alternatives.
- Preparing drawings, mock ups, materials and finish samples to be submitted by the Project Manager.
- Ensuring quality design and promoting the highest level of professionalism and ethics.
- Assisting in the selection of color and materials for projects in coordination with other team members for presentations to client.
- Reviewing pricing, materials and customization for project and provides design support for completion/execution of design concepts.
- Providing solutions to design problems and generates design plans.
- Meeting with the interior materials and products sales' representatives ( i.e. fabric, carpet and furniture) for latest new additions to their product lines.

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

- To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that your career journey to date will include a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience partnered with a Bachelor degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD Architecture, Revit Architecture, Sketchup and PhotoShop , Illustrator and In-Design will be viewed favourably.
