With offices strategically located in Portugal, UAE, Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, we have established ourselves as a leader in the industry.
Currently, we are in search of a highly experienced Office Administrator in our brand new Lisbon office to become an integral part of our continuously expanding core office team. If you are a seasoned professional seeking a challenging opportunity, we invite you to join our dynamic team of experts.
Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of Tender Documents (Technical & Financial Packages)
- Organize and schedule necessary meetings for Director and Project managers
- Assist in the preparation of reports and plans, including printing, copying, binding and laminating
- Maintain a database of Client contacts information (telephone, fax and email and etc.)
- Prepare letters, Memorandums and faxes for various projects
REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Works (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must have an acceptable typing speed
- Well organized and good personality
- Must have fluency in Portuguese
