Employment: Full Time

Reporting to the Business Head, you would be responsible for driving commercial & technical conversation with both new & existing clients in the AEC space (Architecture, Engineering, Construction).

Our client is a large is an industry-leading solutions provider of digital infrastructure, digital innovations, computer-aided engineering, Autodesk training, BIM consultancy, applications modernization, audiovisual infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, outsourcing and managed services.
They count over 1,500 professionals across the GCC region and now looking to expand and hiring a Technical Account Manager based in Qatar.

Description

* Engage with clients in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries to understand their technical needs and provide tailored Autodesk solutions.
* Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and escalations related to Autodesk products.
* Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upsell opportunities.
* Lead the deployment, integration, and configuration of Autodesk solutions, ensuring they align with client requirements and industry best practices.
* Customize Autodesk settings and workflows to enhance client productivity and efficiency.
* Provide demo's and ongoing support to clients, ensuring they are proficient in using Autodesk software applications.
* Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and offer guidance to ensure seamless client operations.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the CAD/BIM market segment to expand the client base and achieve sales targets.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans in collaboration with sales management to meet revenue and growth objectives for Autodesk solutions.
* Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and demonstrations that highlight the value of Autodesk solutions to potential clients.
* Manage and execute Autodesk-related projects, ensuring milestones, deadlines, and budgets are met while delivering quality outcomes.
* Collaborate with technical support teams to address client issues and resolve technical challenges.
* Stay current with the latest Autodesk product updates and industry trends to provide expert guidance and solutions to clients.
* Forecast sales projections, track sales activities, and report progress against targets.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and account information in CRM systems.

Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience with Autodesk products (AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D) and a strong technical background in the AEC industry.
* Experience in sales account management, with a proven track record in securing and growing client relationships in the CAD/BIM space.
* Strong understanding of CAD/BIM software solutions, workflows, and industry trends.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients at all levels.
* Responsible for meeting sales targets, client retention, and overall business growth.
* Manage contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring long-term client relationships and business sustainability.
* Ability to configure and customize Autodesk solutions to meet client-specific needs.
* Empowered to negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements within approved guidelines to secure new business and renewals.
