Account Sales Manager (IT Division)

JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

Responsible for managing specific accounts. He is responsible for managing, motivating, and directing his subordinates from sales executives, setting goals for them, and continually evaluating his clients needs.

Main Responsibilities:
- Understanding the company capabilities and services, and effectively communicating all offerings to the client
- Reporting to the Sector Manager, providing regular input on all account activities, including the status and call reports on a weekly basis.
- Achieving sales target
- Working closely with the Product Manager in preparing proposals
- Sending final proposals to the company's clients
- Providing regular two-way communication between the client and the pre-sales team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations.
- Following with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
- Constantly checking feedback with key accounts to make sure that the client's needs are always met in a convenient way
- Understanding the client's characteristics as well as all related business dynamics
- Undertaking other related duties assigned by his direct manager

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor's/Master's degree, preferably in Engineering
- Proven account management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
- Good business analysis skills
- Minimum 3 years of account management experience
- Good organization skills
