JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Receive cheques and cash from customers and sales department and deposit in the bank.
Input invoice details in Tally system
Match payments made against the invoice details
Monitor the cash account
Make debtor's ageing analysis and make reports as required by management
Make statements of accounts
REQUIREMENTS
We are looking for a candidate with sound knowledge of accounts and exposure to handle a large number of customers for receivables.
Advance excel knowledge and working knowledge of Tally is a must.
SAP exposure is preferred.
