Main responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in Administration of the Company.
- Interact and coordinate with suppliers and clients.
- Attending to telephone calls.
- Schedule meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
- University Qualifications: Graduate
- Nature and length of previous experience: minimum 2 years experience
- Soft Skills and Personality traits: Presentable with good communication and writing skills in both English and Arabic
- Age Range: 23-35
- Gender Preference: Female
- Language Fluency: English, Arabic
- Current Location: Qatar
