JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Temporary

The Admin Assistant works as part of the Operations Team in busy manpower office environment which organizes the logistics, visas, medicals, mobilization, accommodation, and rotational logistics of TEAM Energy staff working on Qatar offshore projects.

This is a temporary 6 month role to cover maternity leave, which may become permanent later. Full training will be given.

Working Hours: 07:30am to 4.00pm
Working Days: Sunday to Thursday

Salary:
QAR 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

REQUIREMENTS

The Admin Assistant needs to have:

• Previous experience of working in Manpower services
• Highly organized and attentive to detail
• Used to working in a fast-paced office environment
• Used to scheduling, tracking movements, coordinating multiple activities
• Calm under pressure
• Flexible in the duties and scope required
• Proficient in the use of Outlook and Excel
• Team player and contributor

Education: Degree educated in any subject

Sponsorship / Visa Status: Family or own Sponsorship
