JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Maintaining executive's agenda.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
- Maintain the Document Controlling for the Management
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 - 7 Years’ experience in same field
- Should be Equivalent Graduate in any discipline
- Arabic Speaker is an advantage
- High level verbal and written communications skills
- Full knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Exemplary planning and time management skills
