JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE

Employment: Full Time

- Sort and distribute incoming mail to areas and staff within the organization and dispatch outgoing mail
- Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies
- Maintaining the record of food, petty cash, supplies etc
- Co-coordinating with site staff

REQUIREMENTS

- Must have at least 4 -8 years of experience working on site (construction)
- Should perform task with minimal supervision .
- Should be comfortable working on site with safety apparel
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Good Communication skill
- Able to work for long hours
