JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
About the Role
We're looking for a proactive and skilled Application Analyst with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and AI tools. This role is pivotal in designing, integrating, and supporting business-critical applications that enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Application Development & Analysis
• Build apps with Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate
• Create interactive dashboards with Power BI
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support and configure Microsoft D365 F&O (Finance, SCM modules)
AI & Integration
• Prototype and implement AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, ChatGPT
• Develop secure API integrations between D365 F&O and external systems
• Apply cloud architecture principles (Azure, AWS, GCP)
System Support & Data
• Troubleshoot application and integration issues
• Use SQL for data analysis and reporting
• Ensure compliance with security and governance standards
Project Coordination & Implementation
• Liaise between internal teams and vendors
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and quality standards
• Support IT projects, upgrades, and migrations
• Maintain documentation and lead knowledge transfer
Requirements:
• 3–5 years in application development and support• Expertise in Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
• Experience with Microsoft D365 F&O and API integrations
• Familiarity with AI tools (Copilot, Gemini, etc.)
• Basic SQL and cloud platform knowledge (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Strong analytical, communication, and multitasking skills
