Applications Development Analyst

Job Objective
This role is for a full stack application developer who will work with ICT Business solutions team to develop critical line of business applications. We want this role to be led by someone who is passionate about learning latest technology, solving problems, team player and is excited about working in a challenging environment.

Job Requirements
Application developer with at least 10-12 years of experience developing critical business applications. Candidates should be able to develop & implement application modules independently. Should be able to build scalable and secure applications. Must have a bachelor's degree in JCT or related field from a reputed institute.

Job Description/ Job Responsibilities:
• Create technical documents based on user requirements.
• Design and develop high quality and reliable code with unit test cases, meeting given specifications.
• Develop system modules, forms & APls for CRUD and implementing business logic.
• Create Help & User Documentation and other low-level design artefacts Perform code analysis, peer reviews, software review, system risk analysis and software reliability analysis
• Ensures the developed code covers the non-functional requirements including performance, auditing and integrity
• Resolve production incidents or defects as needed, and proactively identifies potential production issues before they appear in the production environment; contribute to the root cause analysis.
• Contribute in defining secure coding standards, and work in a team to follow best practices to ensure quality, scalability, and security of deliverables.
• Tackle challenges and solve complex problems daily
• Follow agile development methodologies and best practices
• Support deployed applications and interact with users to help troubleshoot day­ to-da issues L2 / L3 support.
