JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
Our client, a leading Main Contractor, is seeking an Asphalt, Concrete & Aggregates Production Manager in Qatar.
This position is responsible for managing and directing the activities of Asphalt, Concrete, Aggregate plant operations, including but are not limited to, production, maintenance, quality control, service and repair equipment at various plant sites. Individual will implement the production strategy for facilities to meet or exceed operation, production, capital and cost reduction goals and objectives. Promote all safety, Health and Environmental policies, quality assurance and regulatory compliance programs required by management, local state and federal laws.
REQUIREMENTS
- Competent in technical aspects of the job
- Expert in the process of Asphalt / Concrete / Aggregate Production
- Experienced in the Plant Operation
- Well knowledgeable with the Plant and Equipment used to produce, transport and lay the Asphalt / Concrete / Aggregate
- Well aware of the costs and prices in local market
- A key player (to compete for sales)
- Source material supply chain (to drive down costs and ensure continuity)
- 12 to 15 yrs of experience
- Bachelor degree is a must
