JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
- Manage a team of lifeguards and aquatic staff to foster a positive and professional work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
- Oversee daily operations of water attractions, pools, and aquatic facilities while monitoring water quality, to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Monitor expenses, revenue, and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
- Ensure a high level of customer service is provided by aquatics staff in collaboration with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience.
Requirements:
Qualifications:- Open to Arabic speakers
- 35 to 50 years old
- Bachelor’s degree in business management/Sales & Marketing Management.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity with proven track records in hospitality, waterpark, and entertainment
- Must have previous experience from Waterpark / Entertainment (themed amusement parks) within GCC
