JOB DESCRIPTION / ROLE
The Assistant Legal Coordinator will assist and support the International Legal Affairs team with administrative duties and billing tasks.
- Production, modification and formatting of documents in Arabic & English using Microsoft Package
- Organising Travel Arrangements
- Managing and updating diaries in Outlook
- Handling telephone calls in Arabic and English
- Organising internal and external meetings
- Opening and updating files
- Billing administration and follow-up on payment of invoices with accounting department
- Liaising with overseas legal departments on diverse administrative issues
- General administrative duties
- Archiving
REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (Arabic / English)
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any administrative relevant discipline
- Minimum 4-5 years’ professional experience in legal assistant role in a recognized company / background within an international law firm or legal department desired
- Knowledge in Qatar & International laws and regulations would be a benefit
